Regeneration condition
My factory production 3A, 4A, 5A, the 13X molecular sieve may use the method which heats up and at the same time blows sweeps or pumps out, the regeneration but to duplicate uses.
1.Removes the moisture: May use the dry gas like nitrogen, the air, the hydrogen, the saturated fire-damp and so on to heat up to 150-320 ℃ in 0. 3-05KG/C □under the O pressure passes over the dry cold gas approximately for 2-3 hour, isolates spatially air cooled to the room temperature.
2.Removes the organic matter: But the water used vapor substitutes first the adsorb ate after the molecular sieve, then heats up to (1) carries on, the regeneration also may in 200-350 ℃ hot vapor or the thermal inertia gas through the regeneration, (has not been able to use explosive mixture gas which and adsorbate contact produces).
3.Removes the gas matter to be possible to use the reduced pressure to escape the division regeneration.
